He spent 12 years bringing his passion to life by customizing cars, boats, and homes on the Lake of the Ozarks. Joshua brings his creative passions to the financing industry by guiding his clients through the process of designing their financial picture to line up with their long-term goals. With over 7 years of lending experience, Josh has navigated many financial circumstances and has offered options to clients who previously believed they were unable to achieve their dream of homeownership.
Outside of the office, Josh shows up with an adventurous personality. He enjoys skydiving, boating, camping, and traveling with his wife and daughter. Alongside the adventure, Josh has a humble servant’s heart. He will be there to donate his time to any project or need that will give back to his community. Josh codesigned a Hometown Heroes platform that integrated social media and a local radio station to nominate individuals that may fit the undefined title of “Hero”. Josh and his team reviewed the nominations to select one individual monthly to honor with donations from local businesses that could total nearly $2000. Heroes that were honored ranged from an elementary-aged boy who raised funds which created an opportunity for a local police officer to receive a kidney transplant as well as a first responder at the scene of ground zero on 9/11. Josh was a long-time participant in the Homes for Heroes program which is a national giveback program offering discounts to clients who meet the criteria for the program.
Josh’s determination and dedication to his clients make him a great candidate for your next mortgage. Give him a call today.
